There are two kinds of user accounts in Windows 10, Administrator and Standard User. When you need to do advanced computer changes, then the Administrator account is needed. However, just general surfing the internet, checking email/Social Media, working in MS Office (Word, PPT, etc.) then you should use a Standard User account.
